WWE Elimination Chamber 2021 PPV – 22nd February 2021 Result And Review, Five former WWE Champions to challenge Drew McIntyre inside the Elimination Chamber

Preview: At WWE Elimination Chamber, Drew McIntyre will strive to preserve his WWE Title inside the career-ending Elimination Chamber match against former World Champions, Randy Orton, Jeff Hardy, AJ Styles, Kofi Kingston and Sheamus!

Match 1: Ricochet vs. Ali vs. Elias vs. John Morrison – The winner will advance for the United States Championship Triple Threat Match later tonight.

Bell rings, all four men brought the best and worst out of each other but against all odds, Morrison stood out as the winner and advance for an opportunity for the United States Championship Triple Threat Match later tonight.

Winner: John Morrison.

Match 2: Jey Uso vs. Kevin Owens vs. King Corbin vs. Sami Zayn vs. Cesaro vs. Daniel Bryan – Elimination Chamber match for a WWE Universal Championship match later that night

Bell rings, after winning the Men’s Royal Rumble match, Edge sent the waves through all the World Title holders when he announced that he will wait until WWE Elimination Chamber PPV to pick which World Champion he will face at WrestleMania. Four days later on Friday Night SmackDown, WWE Official Adam Pearce quickly planned that The Head of the Table will defend his Universal Title inside the Elimination Chamber the same way that the current WWE Champion Drew McIntyre would.

The Head of the Table’s Special Council Paul Heyman, then technically explains that Reigns would not compete in the Chamber, but will face the winner of the SmackDown Elimination Chamber Match on the same night.

This match did raised the bar as it was the first Elimination Chamber match of the night, in the end Uso and Bryan were the last two men fighting for the Universal Title opportunity, Bryan won the match with the running knee to Uso and stayed at the center on the ring after he won.

Winner: Daniel Bryan.

Match 3: Roman Reigns (with Paul Heyman) vs. Daniel Bryan – WWE Universal Championship match

Bell rings, as it hasn’t been a minute since Bryan won the hellacious Chamber match, the Universal Champion made his way out to the ring at the same time.

Bryan struggled to stand on his feet, but he managed to hold Reigns in the Yes Lock. The Head of the Table made his way out and brought a beat down to Bryan and forced him to tap out with Guillotine Choke.

After his victory, Men’s Royal Rumble match winner Edge appeared and delivered a Spear to Reigns, making the Universal Champion known that he will be facing him at Wrestlemania for the title.

Winner: Roman Reigns.

Match 4: Bobby Lashley (with MVP) vs. John Morrison vs. Matt Riddle – Triple threat match for the WWE United States Championship

Bell rings, The Hurt Business’ Chief Hurt Officer has reigned his United States Championship, ruthless Lashley then displayed three brutal Full Nelsons on Riddle and left him down and out on Raw. Riddle enters this match seeking their very first championship since they have arrived at the red brand and will have their hands full against Lashley.

Riddle won the United States Title despite the odds and bought an end to Lashley’s dominance.

Winner: Matt Riddle – New United States Champion.

Match 5. Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler vs. Sasha Banks and Bianca Belair – Tag team match for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship

Bell rings, during a heated confrontation on Friday Night SmackDown a week ago with the current tag champs Nia Jax & Shayna Baszler, Belair and Banks looked like they’ve bonded over their common amusement at Jax and Baszler’s current struggle and even uprooted some impressive double-team offence against them.

This match was set only after Banks and Belair joined forces to defeat Jax, Baszler & Bayley in a Six-Person Tag Team Match the following week on SmackDown.

Jax and Baszler successfully retained their title, with the outside distraction by Reginald Thomas allowed Jax to pinned Banks at the centre of the ring.

Winner: Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler.

Match 6. Drew McIntyre vs. AJ Styles vs. Jeff Hardy vs. Randy Orton vs. Sheamus vs. Kofi Kingston – Elimination Chamber match for the WWE Championship

Bell rings, McIntyre has already established himself a fighting world champion time after time, but the odds are truly against him inside the chamber.

Every challenger entering the chamber are a former World Champion. Sheamus, McIntyre’s longtime friend turned enemy will be entering the Elimination Chamber with a Gauntlet Match victory on Monday Night Raw. Orton is already a 14-time World Champion has already proven he can defeat the current titleholder and snatch the title away from him. Kingston is looking to bring back the magic of #KofiMania once again with another World Title run. Hardy has time and time again taken things to the extreme to hold any title around his waist. Styles is currently at the top of his game and the best in the business today.

McIntyre did retain his title against all odds, he pinned Styles to be the last man standing inside the Chamber.

Winner: Drew McIntyre.

After the match, Bobby Lashley who was already frustrated about losing his United States Championship earlier that night attacked McIntyre. Seeing this as an opportunity, The Miz quickly headed to the ring with a referee and cashed in his Money in the Bank briefcase and won the WWE Championship for the second time in his decorated career after delivering a Skull Crushing Finale.

Winner: The Miz – New WWE Champion.
